Re: Experimental Bodies.
SgS/E.2.6.37.

We visited Park Ward's on Friday, May 14th, and instructed the bodies for 28-G-6 and 29-G-6, agreeing to overtime pro tem. This was the day prior to Whitsun recess.

On resuming work the following Wednesday, May 19th, we sent to you E.6/KP.19.5.37. and received a reply in Sg {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} 20/E.20.5.37, asking us to obtain from the Experimental Dept. a confirmation of the dates for the delivery of the bodies in question.

In view of the information in Fm12/AP. 24.5.37, concerning the progress of the Wraith Chassis falling short of the programme laid down, we paused in instructing Messrs. Park Ward & Co. to see if any further action would be taken to speed up the Experimental Chassis and hence the delay of which you complain.

E {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} /Ev. {Ivan Evernden - coachwork}
