The revised low stress throttle return spring that has been issued for complaints of throttle sticking is satisfactory when used with one link E.51877. The use of two links gives no better results than the previous spring. The above arrangement has been used for some time with no recurrent complaint, and K. {Mr Kilner} are satisfied with this cheap and effective modification. The spring is hooked up on to the bracket EB.3568, and the link fitted to the throttle spindle. The latest scheme to E.CD.334 will be too expensive a scheme for Depots to use.
