RE VISIT OF MESSRS HS. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} & HY {Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} TO WEST WITTERING(Henry Royce's home town) ON WEDNESDAY, 21st. DECEMBER 1921.

(9) SPARKING PLUGS. X.1812. X.1918.

It is now reported that the best plugs for the Goshawk(Aero Engine)(Codename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after Kestrel(Aero Engine)) are the K.L.G. detachable mica plugs. I would like Mr. Hives to make sure in the event of us using mica plugs that these are satisfactory under all conditions of running, as we found that Lodge detachable mica plugs on the Buick at West Wittering(Henry Royce's home town) very soon sooted up in use.
