Dear Taub,

Thank you for your letter of the 22nd. April. I am a bit worried about your visit next week because I have got to go off on sick leave and therefore may miss you. However, I can arrange for the people here to tell you anything you want to know.

If you came on Monday I might not be here and if you came on Friday I definitely should be away.

I think you have gone the right way about getting a reliable engine in the shortest space of time.

Yours sincerely,
