WRAITH GEARBOX

Owing to the seizure of a 2nd. speed pinion steel thrust washer, it has been decided to fit bronze on 3rd. and 2nd.speeds. This has been done on the 10,000 miles car to the attached drawings. It should be noted that the washer on 3rd.speed is at the front end and the flanged bush inserted from the rear.

Will you please have these parts instructed on the Production LOP, made suitable for diamond bored casting.

Alterations to the top and 3rd. sliding piece have yet to be designed to prevent 3rd. gear coming out of mesh.
