With reference to HS {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /RM. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 2/KT17932., we have raised the question of the steel brake shoes with R. {Sir Henry Royce} , and though he does not seem averse to the proposal he has not yet given us a definite expression of opinion.
