EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T22.11.23.

X.3741 - HYDROMETERS.

Answering your ROY {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} 7/MG21.11.23 our comments on this matter are that the sample submitted to us is not, generally speaking, as good as what we are using for standard at the moment. If Messrs. Runbaken have improvements, it is up to them, if they wish us to be interested in the matter, to send us another sample embodying these improvements. We could not standardise such an instrument without previously having a sample of what we should consider suitable for standardisation. EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer}
