Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Sirs, 'For the attention of W.A. Robotham, Esq.' Your letter of the 14th inst. has been passed to this Department for attention, and we are extremely sorry that you have been worried in regard to this matter. Our Accounts Department place such experimental articles on Loan Account and it is their custom to write periodically in regard to same. Unfortunately, they were not aware that this was a special case and you will not be troubled again in the matter. As you are aware the Unit referred to above is too small for the job, and in the circumstances therefore, perhaps you will be good enough to return same to us. The larger size Jet Control referred to in the last paragraph of your letter has already been sent you, and we presume you will have no objection to us charging this to you on Loan Account so that we can have a record of the job. Assuring you of our every attention. Yours faithfully, p.p. S. SMITH & SONS (MOTOR ACCESSORIES) LIMITED. F. {Mr Friese} J. {Mr Johnson W.M.} Grove THERMOSTATIC CONTROL DEPARTMENT. | ||
