RE: BREEDEN STABILIZER BUMPERS - Hd {Mr Hayward / Mr Huddy} /SB. {Mr Bull/Mr Bannister} 9/HR.31.10.36. There are two schemes under test :- (a). Making the lead weight in antimonial lead. (b). Using a ⅜" rubber packing compressed to ¼". I should recommend fitting antimonial lead weights to both the above, this must increase the life of the weight considerably and may apparently be a complete solution. Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} , whose scheme it is, will supply the weights. BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} [Handwritten text on left margin]: GWH {George W.
