Please note that Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 16/KW.23.9.35 must be cancelled because B-14 unit which was allotted for this test has spread crankcase centres, and the 20/25 head coming through has not spread centres. Instead of B-14 we are therefore allotting B-15 unit for this test. In addition to the parts already fitted to this unit, the following modifications will be required :- (1) 20/25 camshaft ) Both these should (2) 11" Borg & Beck clutch ) be taken from B-14 unit. This unit should be built up and handed over to Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /CTS. {C. Trot Salt - Carburation} to run the cylinder head and induction system before being fitted to the car. B-14, from which the camshaft and clutch have been taken for B-15, should be re-built with - (1) Hall's bearings. (2) Bentley camshaft. (3) 10" Borg & Beck clutch. | ||
