28 HP. CHASSIS.
It is necessary that we should have a distinguishing name for this chassis, so as to prevent confusion arising when points about it are being discussed.
It would appear that the best name for it is 'JAPAN(Experimental Engine)', as it includes all the special features which R. {Sir Henry Royce} has associated with the name 'Japan(Experimental Engine)', and then in order to keep it clear of the smaller additions previously attempted we should add the suffix 'III' (Roman figures), so that the name will be 'JAPAN(Experimental Engine) III'.
