| DA. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. G. {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 48770 BY3/G.24.2.28. re INCORPORATION OF EAC.14 IMPROVEMENTS ON STANDARD CARS. ------------------------------------------------- The best that we can do in the above direction on F.2 series is to include half way through the series the following items :- a {Mr Adams} /- New head. b/- Cylinder block to suit same. c/- Piston to suit same. d {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} /- Inlet and Exhaust manifolds. e {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} /- Radiator with integral shutters. It is not expedient to incorporate the cast dash, as this would mean a considerable amount of scrap, and could not be arrived at except by moving the engine forward, which would materially increase the expense of the change.
