I think the best way is to leave this matter alone for the time being, and I have already asked Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} , when he is in America with the Second Experimental Car, to raise the matter and ascertain exactly what they are doing; in other words, endeavour to satisfy himself on our behalf that the result of what they are doing will be satisfactory.
