Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) Camshaft.

We are still not satisfied with the slow running on Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) and wish to try a camshaft similar to E.86371 but with more negative overlap and with shortened closing toes on the cams. Attached are Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1832/8 giving particulars of the shaft.
