INLET PIPES - SECTION 5070.

Please receive herewith two blueprints of each of the following, with an extra print of parts marked @ :-

@ Ex.S.1217 Induction Pipe. 1 off.

The above have been detailed as requested by memo Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /CTS. {C. Trot Salt - Carburation} 9/MH. {M. Huckerby} 2.11.38. to provide an induction pipe which will accommodate the later version of Stromberg carburetter with the increased diameter throttle bores.

It is not possible to modify the existing induction pipe detailed to S.CD.806, hence we have detailed the above new pipe as agreed by Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /CTS. {C. Trot Salt - Carburation}

The existing pattern for Ex.S.925 should be modified to suit.
