Dear Sirs, We thank you for your esteemed inquiry of the 9th instant concerning the O.S.Dashboard reading Petrol Gauge and also for your kind offer to send us one of your tanks complete for testing purposes. In the meantime, we suggest that you send us before all the blue prints of your tank and of the arrangement of the instruments on your dashboard, so that we may first of all prepare an instrument which will afterwards be tested on the tank you so kindly offer. Thus we will be certain that it will be calibrated with precision and will give an exact reading of the petrol level. We are confident that, after an experiment made in such a way, we shall be able to supply instruments which will not only give a perfect indication of the petrol contained in the tank but will, also, add elegance to your dashboard.
