X.8665. PHANTOM II INTERMEDIATE OUTPUT DYNAMOS.

We would like to urge with you the production
of the three intermediate Phantom II armatures as instructed
in By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /RD9/N2.10.29.

At the present moment the question of insufficient
dynamo output is rather to the fore, and we are anxious
to have the machines ready for cars at an early date.
