COPY.

To Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from CJ.

India(Production 20 HP. with 4-speed box and Front Wheel Brakes).

CJ2/E3/3/25.

I enclose a rough draft of statement as to the position in connection with the 'India(Production 20 HP. with 4-speed box and Front Wheel Brakes)' chassis.

As BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} has dealt with this matter during your absence perhaps you would kindly go through this draft with him. I should be glad to have criticisms, amendments and additions from you and him, so as to make the document as perfect as possible and thus enable us to come to a just conclusion.

I think also that the document when complete should be placed before R. {Sir Henry Royce}

I am enclosing a second copy which you may like to hand to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} so that he may assist you in completing the document. It would be very desirable if you would add the recommendations of yourself, BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} as to the course to be taken.

CJ.

Enc. Two copies of CJ1/E3/3/25,
