| Contd. -3- EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 3/T20.11.19 thickness of condenser than is allowed for in the case, it would appear that we might gain some advantage in this direction. Perhaps you would kindly give instructions for a pair of jig plates to be produced giving a radius of clearance round the holes increased in amount by, say, .150". We think if this is done, we shall still be able to get on an average, the capacity we required with the depth of condenser which allows of fitting into the case. At any rate we could have a few condensers made up in this way experimentally as it does not appear to be an expensive business and probably, in the end, would save a good deal by reducing scrap. We now return the two condensers in question, Nos. 4 & 5 on the list. Perhaps you will return these with a set of fixing screws and plates taken from production, so that the S.E.C. people can verify that these have been broken down. EFC. {E.
