In accordance with our letter EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 2/T of 15th inst. we desire to return to Messrs. Scintilla for adjustment or replacement, the control unit taken from the dynamo recently received from them for test, owing to this unit not having functioned as it might be expected to.
