You are preparing a set of parts for a Trials Car. We have arranged to fit them to 19-G4. instead. R. {Sir Henry Royce} rang up recently to ask us to prepare a set for his car 16-G4. This car will be in on Monday and R. {Sir Henry Royce} wants it back by the end of next week to go on his holidays. Will you please prepare the necessary parts. You will recollect that in Ha/Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 2/MJ.26.6.31. we asked for four sets, and we consider that these will still be needed.
