| LeC. 2924 CARBURETTERS. List of modifications carried out on above carburetters. Choke size should be :- 1.00 dia for Japan(Experimental Engine) 3 units (V.1254) .900 " " Japan(Experimental Engine) 1 units (V.1332) Main Jets. .093 dia. Diffusers. Discharge Holes :- 6 holes .080 dia Top Bleed Holes :- 6 holes .031 dia as E.57038 Bottom bleed Holes:-4 holes .039 dia in position shewn on E.57038 Outer Tube Holes :- 6 holes .046 dia Main feed in Base of Diffuser should be .125 dia see V.1370. Slow Running Jets. Jet size should be .025 dia. Throttle edge slow running discharge hole should be increased from .062 dia to .080 dia and turned thro' 180° on adjustment lever so that discharge hole is nearer top edge of throttle. Passage from flowchamber to main jet should be increased from .172dia to .213 dia. Accelerator Pump.
