Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /GWH {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} 1/LG4.12.28.

BRAKES - 'SS {S. Smith} '. [Handwritten]: X7420 / x7470 (struck through)

The braking on 18-EX is very poor - excessive weight has to be applied to the foot brake pedal to pull the car up.

We should like to know whether there has been any change made in the leverages.
