40/50HP. CHASSIS STEERING WHEELS.

We are sending you herewith a steering wheel on which the ebonite covering on the arms has not been finished off in a manner which we can pass for production, and as we do not desire to return the wheel in question to the Makers, we are handing it over to you, as m doubt it would be serviceable for fitting to one of your experimental cars.
