| -2- In consideration of our agreeing to this arrangement, Mr. Rapson undertakes to withdraw any possibility of taking legal action in connection with Vizianagram's car, as he appreciates that it is our wish to treat him perfectly fairly in that as in all other matters connected with his tyres. Mr. Rapson very kindly undertook to prepare a new form of tyre for us to test, which he considers will go far in eliminating front wheel wobbles. We of course should be glad to test it so soon as it is ready. | ||
