Your Ref: E {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} /Ev. {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} 6/HN. {F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} 21.2.37.

We note what you write about the colour schemes selected for these two cars.

We sought Sg {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} 's instructions on your proposals concerning the noise insulation of the Limousine 26-C-6. He does not agree to the driver's compartment being upholstered in cloth because cloth is practically unknown as upholstery material in the driver's compartment of owner-driven or chauffeur-driven cars, and Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} feels it is useless conducting experiments which can have no useful results because they cannot be applied to the cars we sell.

To Sg {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} 's instructions we are sending a copy of your note to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} with his copy of this reply.
