To Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re "C" Steering.
[Text struck through] Copy to BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} DA {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} /EV. {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} -Cx {Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} -

Referring to DA {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} /EV {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} 3/M10.10.30 we should like to see the modification referred to introduced, but before definitely agreeing to it we think it wise actually to see and try a car with the column arranged in the manner indicated.

I should, therefore, be glad to know how soon Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} can carry out the suggestion made in the last paragraph of the DA {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} /EV {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} memo. quoted.
