E {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} /Ev. {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} 4/MN. 24th. November, 1936.

Messrs. Park Ward & Co.,
473, High Road,
Willesden,
London, N.W.10.

Dear Sirs,
Re Enclosed Limousine 24.G.6.

We are informed by our Experimental Dept. that they will be ready for this body on Friday, December 18th. approximately.

When last the writer was at your Works you promised to have the shell panelled and mounted on the dummy chassis for our inspection in from five to six weeks from the date of his visit, confirmed in our W/Ev. {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} 3/MN. of November 9th., that is to say the body would be ready for inspection some time during the week commencing Monday December 14th.

As this matter is very urgent we would be glad if you could tell us by return of post, if possible definitely, how much you could accelerate the date when this body will be ready in a panelled form for us to inspect with the wings, steps, etc. mounted on the dummy chassis with radiator and bonnet, if we gave you permission to go ahead working overtime. We would also like you to tell us on what date you could deliver to us the completed coachwork, firstly, if you are not given permission to work overtime, and secondly if overtime is allowed.

As we have previously stated this body is urgently needed and we trust you will do all you can to accelerate its progress.

Yours faithfully,

For and on behalf of
ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
