| -5- (11) Hot spot to be shorter by amount which the carburetter has been dropped in accordance with Lec.2999. (12) Needle Valve as (E.82638). We may later have to modify the needle taper. Other parts as shewn in original schemes. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /L.Swindall. The experience we have had with the S.U. carburetters has shown that the type of air valve with a central guide is definitely a more reliable job than our standard type. We have always accepted that our type of air valve was liable to stick and made special provision so that it could be easily got at to be cleaned. With the central guide we have had no signs of sticking. Att: V.1324. | ||
