We have received your wires:

TEST WIRE WHEELS ON FRONT AXLE TO SEE IF STEERING IMPROVED AT ALL AT HIGH SPEEDS . . ROBOTHAM.

DRUMS REQUIRE CHANGING TO GET WHEELS ON. ROBOTHAM.

Having no wire wheels nor drums at Chateauroux(French test region), we endeavoured to carry out the modification and test in PARIS.

Unfortunately, the Paris Depot having no wire wheels nor drums and we being obliged to get to DIEPPE by tomorrow; we are in the impossibility to carry out the test you require.
