We send you herewith a scheme Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1043 of a modification to the axle control with which we hope to overcome brake jaggers. The spring loading is transferred to the other side of the ball allowing a forward tilt of the axle of about 1° when the brakes are applied.
