RE. EAC. SLIPPER FLYWHEEL. X. 8300
X. 5300

We send herewith drawing LeC. 2131, shewing the above fitted with dowels as per our alteration to Goshawk(Aero Engine)(Codename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after Kestrel(Aero Engine)).

It is decided that the dowel need not be hollow right through for the purposes of riveting, and this should also apply to the dowels shewn in the Goshawk(Aero Engine)(Codename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after Kestrel(Aero Engine)) design.

E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
