X.3398 - PETO & RADFORD BATTERIES.

I send you herewith copy of my letter to Messrs. Peto & Radford, together with their answer. You will see that they suggest having one cell from each of the two batteries returned to them for examination, and I think this would be a good thing to do, provided it can be quite conveniently carried out on the battery you have.

I should be glad if you would let me know that this would be the case, after which I could arrange with them to make the change down there, or you could arrange it yourself if you prefer.

I am withholding writing to them again until I hear from you with regard to this.
