3rd June, 1937.

Messrs. British Tyre & Rubber Co.Ltd.,
Oxford Works,
Burton-on-Trent.

For the attention of Mr.Williams.

Dear Sirs,

Re two invoices from you dated 30th April and 19th May, we are charged 1/-d. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} each for 36 rubber bushes FW.1055.

Before the mould for this rubber was produced you will remember that we had a talk with Mr.Skellon regarding the price. The Northern Rubber Co. were making a slightly longer rubber for 4d. for orders of 12.

I believe it was agreed that we should be charged 5 1/2D for these rubbers. I am therefore very astonished at your invoices charging a 1/- each.

Will you straighten this matter out.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
