GOVERNOR CONTROLLED DAMPERS. We have now made sufficient preliminary tests to be able to say that the governor control for the shock dampers is not very far out. We can therefore put in hand three more sets of parts to N.Sch.3468 which will mean three gearboxes also to take them. The parts likely to be modified are only small i.e. the oil feed passages as shewn in N.Sch.3593 attached and valve seats and pump piston (N.sch.3592). Apart from these small pieces we do not anticipate altering anything. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
