To Roy {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} //GEA, from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer}

EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 6/T1.5.29.

Referring to the attached, we do not understand the statement of Messrs. Phillips that they have not received replies to their enquiries. If you will refer to EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} /L/T 10.11.28 addressed to Roy. {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} , it will be seen that we handed these bulbs back to Roy. {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} for return to Messrs. Phillips, pointing out that they were the ordinary single filament headlamp bulbs and not the double filament bifocal type concerning which we sent them the enquiry.

It would appear from their present letter that this pair of bulbs has not actually been returned to them. I think the situation should be ascertained and that they should be written to and apologised to if it is the case that no answer has been sent to them.
