Side Spare Wheel Carriers - Phantom 2.

With reference to PN. {Mr Northey} 1/WT.3.6.33, in which it says that the wheel dithers about owing to the tubes bending.

We contemplate increasing these tubes in diameter, but before doing so we should like an experiment to be conducted on the lines of LeC.3552 to really prove if this will be efficacious.

Blueprint of LeC.3552 herewith.

E {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} /JNR. {Charles L. Jenner}
