Attention: Experimental Department.

Dear Sirs,

We beg to thank you for your letter of the 12th instant in connection with your requirements for a blower for carburettor application, and we should be most pleased to quote you for one of our "Nash Hytor" Compressors suitable for this purpose if you would be good enough to let us know the required operating pressure and the electrical conditions available. This information is necessary as it has a large bearing upon the size of compressor offered.

We have pleasure to attach herewith Bulletin No.270, and our clean air feature should be of great value to you on your application. This clean washed air delivery is accomplished through a water seal operating principle, and the special external ball bearing feature which ensures complete elimination of oil or grease contact with the air.

We already have many installations on carburettor testing, notably at the works of Messrs. Zenith Carburettor Company, Vauxhall Motors etc., but these have all been vacuum pump installations.

The chief value of the "Nash Hytor" Unit whether operating on vacuum or pressure is in its ability to satisfactorily deal with any paraffin or petrol drawn over from the testing tanks without in any way being detrimental to the pump.

Immediately we have the details enquired for in our possession we shall be most pleased to formulate our offer and forward same without further loss of time.

Yours truly,
NORMAN ENGINEERING COMPANY.
