RETURN SPRING IN STEERING COLUMN. X8430

Referring to HS {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /RM {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 6/LG71127, I agree to abandon this, and the friction on the column, but in getting out the scheme of friction in the column we made some general improvements which are valuable. I will get DA {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} /HDY. {William Hardy} to see if we can get these in our newly proposed larger nut surface experiments.
