It is hoped by this arrangement that delays in continuity of output and difficulties with chassis on test will be eliminated. Mr.Haldenby will be directly responsible to me. It is expected that this work will relieve you of some of the difficult problems that are continually occurring and I am sure you will give him every opportunity to make this important work successful. | ||
