Bailey - Chief Engineer} /Cgh {W Clough} /G.15.5.31. 12/- Dynamo to have half-charge scheme. 13/- Spare wheel carrier to be standard on side, and fitted at the rear when specially ordered. 14/- Luggage grid to be P.ll type No. 4 adapted to suit 20/25 HP. chassis. 15/- Road wheels. These are not yet decided upon. 16/- Road springs. These are not yet decided upon. In addition to the above, it is also proposed to introduce the following :- rest 17/- Modified bonnet side/plates and pressed aluminium cover. 18/- Universal type dash suitable for overlapping bonnet but standard in regard to height and width etc. 19/- Modified gearbox and engine undershields. 20/- Speedometer drive altered to give 810 r.p.m. Items 2 and 3 in BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /Cgh {W Clough} 11/0.7.5.31. have already been instructed for S1 in 'T'. In regard to the other items, some of the minor ones will be brought in at some convenient point without scrap, and others will be submitted to WW. for approval before going further with them. It should be noted that the second half of 'T' series is now 100 chassis, making 200 for the whole series. Will you please issue instructions for all the above, with the exception of items 15 and 16, for the second half of 'T' series, as soon as possible. BY {R.W.
