S/W. {Sales / Derby Works}
Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}

I am enclosing a letter received from Rapson recently, the contents of which were discussed at our Sales Conference in London yesterday, with the result that I have been asked to bring the matter before the Works. We are unable to take any action regarding this letter until I have had an opportunity of discussing the points with you, chiefly as to the effectiveness of the devices concerned and any weak points which we may hold they possess.

I shall be at the Works all day Tuesday next and will hope to see you about this letter at that time.

I shall also have an opportunity of seeing anything you care to shew me relative to Goshawk(Aero Engine)(Codename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after Kestrel(Aero Engine)) 11. evolution.

P.N.
