I propose to write the following memorandum to all concerned if the technical officials at the Works agree that it is correct :- Draft Memorandum. Radiator shutters. I attach a copy of Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} 4/W19.11.25. Under these circumstances we should inform customers, if they ask us, why we do not advise them to have Paddon, Barker, or any other shutters which are worked by Bowden wire, fitted to their Silver Ghost(1907 40/50 historic RAC 15,000 miles trial) cars.
