To prevent misunderstanding, I deem it advisable to announce that Mr.H.Royce (Roy {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} ) has been appointed to the position of Buyer. This does not affect the position occupied by myself (Wd {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} ) as Head of Supply Department, except in so far that the issuing of enquiries and placing of orders for materials is transferred to Roy. {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} As in the past, all instructions from Drawing Office and Shipping Office and all requisitions for supplies should be sent to me (Wd {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} ), also all requests to urge deliveries and all complaints respecting defective materials.
