Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 2/H. 20.5.26. we have only just received a scheme for the stiffening bracket which R. {Sir Henry Royce} designed for the C. & D. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} type Phantom steering columns. This scheme has been instructed experimentally, but we are not yet in a position to supply these fittings at the moment for dealing with customers' complaints. The matter has been submitted to BJ. for his permission to produce a number of sets in parallel with the experimental ones, but we have not yet received a definite decision. BY {R.W.
