Dear Sirs,

Yours letter of the 2nd. and 4th inst. have been put before the writer on his return from the Continent, and we much regret to find that you are having an abnormal number of failures of Condensers, We shall be much obliged if you will put a volt meter in your testing circuit in order that we may know exactly what the test voltage is. We understand that you estimate the test voltage at 450 volts, and we cannot therefore understand the failures as all the Condensers are tested here several times at 550 volts. If you will have a volt meter put in your circuit the writer will come down at your convenience and see a batch of the Condensers tests.

Yours faithfully,

DUBILIER CONDENSER CO. LTD.

W. Swain.

MANAGING DIRECTOR.
