The India(Production 20 HP. with 4-speed box and Front Wheel Brakes) Tyre Co. Ltd.,
Inchinnan,
Scotland.

For the attention of Mr. Worth.

Dear Sir,

Many thanks for your letter of the 11th. August.

I note what you say about the tyres and agree that the suggested arrangement is the best that we can do.

I am very glad that you are going to have some 7/19 tyres available in case the track is like it was two years ago. I still have vivid recollections of a tyre which Dunlops told us would go through the Race showing a white brake strip after the first 11 laps.

The difficulty of balancing will not hold up the test of the 6/17 tyres in France if you put balance weights on them before despatch.

We shall be glad to have the silent covers in this size when they are available.

Thank you for dealing with the Barrow spindle. Please ask them to let me have another invoice as I have forgotten what this was.

Yours sincerely,
