Re Elliott Speedometer. X.613

Mr Hives. 27-8-13.

A broken speedometer No.10392 has been returned to us from Vienna and is now in the stores. We understand that Mr Friese exchanged a speedometer with Waldron of the Test Dept., and that this is in connection with that.

Will you kindly say whether this speedometer belongs to the Exp. Dept. or the Test Dept.

p. Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}

[Handwritten section]:
Mr Mercer. 29/8/13. I have now obtained the above speedometer from the stores (both glasses are broken). This speedometer belongs to us.
