They are willing to fit discs to a wheel and send it to you for your examination, if you will supply the wheel. Apparently the type of disc they are fitting shows some improvements over those already seen by you, and Mr. Spinney thinks you should examine the latest type. Perhaps, therefore, you will supply a wheel for the purpose. C. | ||
