Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rn. {Mr Robinson} 2/MJ.16.6.30. X 7250 X5250 X2875 3987 RADIATOR THERMOMETERS. Some little time ago we made a request that the red light should come in at 92°C instead of 97°C. as previously. Since then we have found by experience that this temperature is too low and requested that the thermometer should revert to the original setting. In view of the fact that we have received several complaints of the red light coming in on cars on the Continent, we think it is essential that cars should not be sent away from the works with thermometers bringing the red light in at 92°C, but that all such thermometers should be returned to the Cambridge Instrument Co., for modification and instruments operating at 97°C fitted instead.
